Constitutional Committees

 COME shall be primarily responsible for recruiting members of the Institute and shall formulate strategies and guidelines to encourage and maximize the enlistment of members and shall perform
activities inherent to its function and shall be in charge of all records pertaining thereto. 

COPA shall be responsible for preparing and maintaining a program for continuing technical
and professional education to refresh and update members with the current and latest trends and
technologies in Civil Engineering and its professional specialties

COCA shall be responsible for coordinating the affairs and activities of the Institute with other organizations, concerned government agencies, and authorities as well as the PICE National
Chapter. 

COWME shall be responsible for generating funds for the operations and affairs of the Institute,
including conducting fund-raising campaigns approved by the BOD.
