CUT-OFF DATE
All requests for rooms at the convention group rate must be received no later than February 28, 2023.
After February 28, 2023, all rooms will revert back to the hotel for sale. If guest rooms are requested after the cutoff date, rooms will be provided based on convention group room availability and at prevailing rate.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE
If attendees plan to use the Airport Shuttle, we ask that each individual please call and make their own reservations, lists are not accepted. Reservations for the Shuttle can be made by calling us toll-free at: 1-866-791-7626 or local 702-797-8901
Airport shuttle reservations are required to be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
Seating is limited, only those with reservations will be allowed to board.
HOTEL POLICY
The HOTEL requires a first night’s deposit of room and tax, per room, to guarantee individual reservations and the credit card will be charged. The HOTEL accepts all major credit cards for the deposit and the credit card will be charged for the stipulated room and tax. Guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 AM on the following date.
INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Individual cancellations inside 72 hours of arrival shall forfeit any room deposit (if applicable), or be billed for one night’s room and tax. In addition, one night’s room and tax will be billed for any guest who fails to check-in on the scheduled arrival date. Any remaining nights of a “no-show” reservation will be canceled, and all deposits forfeited.

Check In/Check Out: Check in time is after 3:00 p.m. and check out is 12:00 p.m.

RATE:
1. Two-bedroom unit is $189.00/night, excl. tax. Each two-bedroom unit would have a onetime resort fee of $50.00 including room tax. There is a two-night minimum on all reservations.
A two bedroom unit is two one bedroom units side by side. Each one bedroom 800 sq ft unit has a king size bed and a queen sofa sleeper, with a full kitchen, dishes and pans included, washer and dryer, dining room area, garden tub, and full size bathroom. All linens are included. So a two bedroom unit would have 1600 sq ft and two of everything listed above.
2. One-bedroom unit is $119.00/night excl. tax. Each one-bedroom unit would have a one-time resort fee of $30.00 including room tax There is a two-night minimum on all reservations.
A one bedroom unit is 800 sq ft unit has a king size bed and a queen sofa sleeper, with a full kitchen, dishes and pans included, washer and dryer, dining room area, garden tub, and full size bathroom. All linens are included

Please call in to 702-966-4660 by February 28, 2023 to pay for your reservations in full. If there is a larger call volume at the 702-966-4660 you may also email grandview@dmresorts.com and an agent will call you back. The reservations department is open from 8:00am to 4:30pm PST
If two families are sharing a two bedroom unit they must pay in full with one credit card.
Each reservation can only be paid in full of one credit card, so if two families are sharing a two-bedroom unit they must split the cost amongst themselves.
If a guest is booking a two-bedroom unit and needs to add their additional guests’ names prior to to main guest’s arrival the main guest will have to complete and return a credit card authorization form. By filling out the credit card authorization form the main guest is agreeing with the charges that have been applied towards their credit card.
